Well, a lot has happened since my last post!  I've had treatment for jolly old breast cancer in 2011 which has meant that I haven't done as much decluttering as I should - and in fact the 'stuff' has increased due to my lack of energy!

So what to do?  Once Christmas is over, I'm making more effort again!  Maybe a new shed to put all my boxes of fabric and wool in - that will help to free up Ro's shed and also some space indoors. Then I can get making stuff and selling it!!  I gained lots of fabric when the old school Library was knocked down!  I can see lots of bags to be made - just need somewhere to sell them........

Hopefully 2013 will bring the break through that I need - here's hoping

Time to get busy

Moved some stuff around and now have a much clearer sitting room - we have floor space!
Almost have today's bin full of rubbish, just wish I could see more progress, but the rubbish has to have come from somewhere.
Doesn't help that I have craft work in progress on dining table, but hopefully that will ultimately lead to more stuff gone(ie sold) and a bit of cash as well

not a good day

Didn't get too much done today as we had to go out. Also had to clean Sheila's car before Mart takes it back tonight. Whilst outside I did clean the front door and windowsill!
I'll sit with a pile of mags this evening and reduce clutter that way.
Tomorrow will be a better day!

crochet squares

Am making use of my huge amount of dk wool to crochet squares to be ultimately made into blankets for Jamie's camper van and Ro's Beetle!

As Jamie said by the time he eventually gets a van I might have finished the blanket!!

If I get myself organised I can make these in the eves whilst watching TV.

Here we go!

I've been scratching the surface for ages, but the time has come to get rid of stuff and try to regain money and space!

I'm going to try to reduce in lots of ways!

• chuck out mags or take in to school
• use up wool to make stuff to use or sell
• repack stuff to give more space
• use craft stuff to make items to sell
• car boots
• books need to go to charity shops, school or car boot

I've set myself a small target of filling at least one waste basket each day - not much, but it all helps

Staying away from shops helps to stop more stuff being brought in!
